Include only the sample listings pertinent to your prospect. And last,
but most importantly, make sure to include an application form with the
package that you send to them! There are 3 pages to the application form
to print out:

Sales procedures, product info, application, pricing & payment methods should be reviewed to become comfortable and establish a routine. The price list you recieve will give you a brief rundown on what package a client receives, for how long a period (1 month, 3 mos etc.)
Pursue only establishments and individuals that have an 800 number or are local to your location to avoid receiving long distance charges on your part. You can also search your local papers for leads or local business directories and phone books. Track all numbers contacted (a spreadsheet is best) and note whether they wish more info through a postal mailing, fax, email or a return phone call at a later time. This avoids repeat phone calls and annoying your prospects. Most importantly, do not be forceful, Sunny Oasis does not condone the use of any hard sell tactics. If a prospect does not wish to use our services, be polite and respect thier decision and move on to your next contact.

We DO NOT endorse pressure sales tactics, or additional schemes to promote sales beyond the offerings that we promote on our site.
All listings entered by representatives will be checked for accuracy with the listing client. Payment of commissions will be by a monthly payment in Canadian dollars issued to each representative based on their sales and the commission rate schedule.
Note that geographic exclusivity will only be offered to representatives that maintain an average amount of sales of 25 listings per month.
We offer a varying commission level depending on the quantity of client listings that you sell and register. Please note that our rates are in CANADIAN dollars. We will provide a converted rate schedule in your countries currency if you are selling to clients outside of Canada.
If you consider that each sale will take you a total of 30 minutes for phoning, faxing or mailing information, and final registration, the equivalent per hour rate based on the average sale of $40/client is listed in the table beside each commission level.

After you have been accepted as a representative for SUNNY OASIS, a Representative Sales Account number and password will be issued to you so that you can begin earning your commission.
